Goals

Last week I made a goal to find a piano player. I found John Schaffer, a guitarist, who has played for many people. I am hoping with a piano player the music will flow to the sky.

Anyway, John has played with George Benson, James Montgomery, Buddy Guy, Little Anthony, and The Shirelles. With his talent I should improve even more. Sometimes people are in place for a great reason. John writes and produces music, so I will ask him some pointers.

I say the above for goals once written have to be taken off the list to move forward. I moved to Florida for two good reasons. Once I got here I hated that the Jazz scene was below what I was use to in Atlanta. There is Jazz here you just have to find the venue.

The next goal is to find a venue to play for without travelling all the time.
