This really isn't much to do with marketing online as much as getting information about marketing.
I know Hooper has a great podcast and radio show with tons of information out there, but is there any other podcasts similar to that? Is there any podcasts that cover music industry events or speakers? I know you usually (and should) pay for this information but I would think if they was some impossibility preventing you from making it to these events, they would post the conferences at a later date, like a few months, so that people who attended get the benefits first.
So my question again, is there any other Music Biz Podcasts besides Mr. Hooper's?
Thanks, I did search iTunes and it just came up with so many and a lot just seem like "fan made" podcasts about what they "think" the music biz is. Thank you though! I'll check these out! If anyone else has some recommendations, please let me know!
I also found one from CD Baby. It's a DIY but it's pretty good I think. It's available on iTunes if you are interested in DIY aspects of music. Your a company but I'm sure other people in the forums may like the podcast.
Go to the iTunes store and search "music business" or "music marketing." Bob Baker does something on a fairly regular basis. Musician's Cooler is one to check out, too.
